Regarding the Riddex Pro pest control units, what does it mean when the red light flashes?

It seems that when I plug in more then one unit in my home, the second one's green light goes on then the red light blinks non-stop. I cannot find a single stich of info online about it, other then the instructions that come with it, and it makes no mention of the red light.
